Simply Synchro Level 1

Level One is the first of three Simply Synchro twelve week programs. It introduces young swimmers to the sport of synchronized swimming with an emphasis on building basic swim skills, strength, and endurance.

In Level One, students learn sculling, body positions, and figures/hybrids. They also refine their kicking and stroking skills.

Swimming teachers and coaches will benefit from routine tips and sample routines in Simply Synchro.
